Feedback is the best way to get advice that we can use.The effective feedback can give us good ideas and help us taking positive, constructive steps to improve our performance.
ReplyDeleteFeedback that we don't understand is feedback that we can't benefit from, so ask for clarification when we need it.We have to remenber that the person who give us feedback did so because they genuinely wanted to convey information to us that would help us become a better performer. They don't want us to be confused and will be very happy to explain their commons further if we ask.
